Bishop    The Lord be with you.
All:           And also with you.
              Lift up your hearts.
All:           We lift them up to the Lord.
              Let us give thanks to the Lord, our God.
All:           It is right to give God thanks and praise.

The bishop prays the preface, and concludes:

              ...we praise you, Lord, with all the angels and saints in their song of joy:

All:           Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might,
              Heaven and earth are full of Your glory.
              Hosanna in the highest.
              Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
              Hosanna in the highest.

Please kneel.  The Eucharistic prayer is continued by the bishop & priests. After the consecration:

Bishop    Let us proclaim the Mystery of Faith.

All             Christ has died,

              Christ is risen,
              Christ will come again!

At the end of the Eucharistic Prayer the bishop sings:

Bishop    Through him, with him, in him,
              in the unity of the Holy Spirit
              all glory and honour are yours, almighty Father,
              for ever and ever.

All             Amen.

Bishop    Let us pray with confidence to the Father in the words our Saviour gave us.

All             Our Father, who art in heaven,
              hallowed be thy name.
              Thy kingdom come.
              Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
              Give us this day our daily bread,
              and forgive us our trespasses,
              as we forgive those who trespass against us,
              and lead us not into temptation,
              but deliver us from evil.

Bishop    Deliver us Lord, ...     as we wait in joyful hope
              for the coming of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

All:           For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours, now and forever.

Bishop    Lord Jesus Christ, ...     ....for ever and ever.
All:           Amen.

Bishop    The peace of the Lord be with you always.
All:           And also with you.

Bishop    Let us offer each other a sign of peace.
